About Eternia Athletics

Our Mission: 

Our mission at Eternia Athletics is to increase human performance, quality of life and health to all levels of fitness and athletic members through effective training and nutritional coaching. EA offers a distinct style of fitness training, pulling from multiple schools of training philosophies. The purpose of our training is to provide the greatest, healthiest and most efficient results possible. However, our fitness training provides much more than speed, endurance, strength, and muscle growth. The training will be extremely challenging, unique and creative in ways that sparks inspiration for our members. The training at EA will develop strength physically & mentally for each member.

EA is much more than a group of strangers looking to get fit. It is a community offering support and inspiration to achieve the highest levels of fitness you desire. Friendship, support, challenges and inspiration will be on display daily from the trainers and members. Here, fitness is part of an everyday healthy lifestyle. This is not just a stop off before or after work. A training session at EA is a planned event. Members who train here enjoy challenging themselves and being challenged by others. Most of all, they love training with people who have the same mindset; believing that motivation is temporary and inspiration lasts forever.

We offer multiple options at Eternia Athletics for people wanting to take there fitness to the next level. Whether that be pushing themselves to the limit in our Performance Training Program, diving into Olympic Lifting in our Oly Program, Personal Training, Sport Specific Training, the list goes on. We don't believe that there is a one size fits all button that can be used on every person. We also understand you might want/ need more work in specific areas. We are here to help you take your game to the next level, whatever that may be for you. 5:30 AM, 6:30 Am, 8:30am, 1:30 afternoon, 5:30 and 6:30 PM
